With more than 25 years of experience in home mortgage lending, Lillian specializes in working with clients utilizing Restricted Stock Income (RSU), working visas, non-permanent residents with limited U.S. credit, and complex self-employed business income/owners. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Outside of work, Lillian volunteers and mentors groups and organizations that empower women. She also is a member of Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and served on the board from 2018-2021.
